“My wife and I were selling our home in Ossining and ran into complications with the local building department. We had only two weeks left to our closing date. After explaining our situation to Mondana she came to our house on Labor Day to expedite the process. She filed her drawings the next day and was our advocate in dealing with any necessary revisions. She made repeated calls to building department. We met with the inspector and she clarified and explained what was and was not needed to obtain the necessary paperwork. We closed on the scheduled date. No delays.

“Mondana Rezania meticulously re-designed our master bathroom for us. She was very attentive to our needs and interviewed both my husband and me to understand our needs, expectations and parameters. Mondana asked a lot of questions and took a lot of notes during the interview. She made sure we understood the pluses and minuses of the types of material we wanted to use. A couple of days later she came back with three drawings which clearly demonstrated that she had truly understood our requirements. We ended up making small refinements to one of the drawings and chose it as the blueprint for our newly remodeled master bathroom. During and after the project, Mondana made a few visits to check on the progress and to help us quality control the job. Now that the project is completed, we can truly appreciate the help she had given us before and during the renovation without which the process would have been quite challenging for us.
